ABB is hiring an Improvement Project Manager for its medium switchgear manufacturing unit in Brno. The role leads a portfolio of strategic manufacturing improvement projects, including automation, new technologies, layout redesigns, MES implementation, and new manufacturing processes, from feasibility and procurement through implementation and ramp-up. The position requires experience managing complex manufacturing, automation, or technical projects, independent project leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, English for project communication, and fluent Czech; knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or agile management is advantageous.
