Description
Bascom Hunter is hiring an IMS Planner / Program Scheduler to plan, track, and report on company programs and projects. The role develops and maintains schedules, monitors milestones and progress, identifies delays and resource concerns, supports forecasts and staffing, prepares management reports, and collaborates with Finance, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other teams. The position is 100% on-site and requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and spreadsheet skills; project scheduling or planning experience is helpful but not required, while a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred and US citizenship is required.
