ABM is hiring a Lead to supervise facility operations when the Manager is absent, delegate assignments, coordinate schedules, oversee cleaning and service work, maintain keys and access cards, check supplies and chemicals, document communications and time records, and train new hires. The role requires the applicant to be at least 18 years old; a high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, customer service, or lead experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
