Chrysalis is hiring full-time or part-time Care Givers for an entry-level Group-Home Staff role supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Duties include participating in activities, budgeting, meal preparation, shopping, mentoring, and helping individuals learn new skills. The position offers swing and graveyard shifts, requires applicants to be at least 18 and pass a drug test and background check, and pays $14.50-$15.50 per hour depending on experience.
