Description
The Registered Behavior Technician provides ABA therapy and behavior-support interventions for children with autism, serious emotional disabilities, and other developmental disabilities in school, home, and community settings. The role implements individual and group programs, collects and documents data, supports assessments and staff training, collaborates with school teams and caregivers, and reports incidents to the supervising BCBA. It is a full-time W-2 position requiring approximately 30–40 hours per week, with pay starting at $18–$24 per hour and medical, vision, dental, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement benefits.
