True North Kitchen & Bath is hiring a full-time In-Home Sales Consultant to meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, present bath remodeling solutions, build project proposals and pricing, close sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role provides pre-qualified leads, training, and support, with no cold calling or door knocking. Sales experience, in-home sales experience, and home improvement industry experience are preferred, while strong communication and closing skills, motivation, competitiveness, goal orientation, and reliable transportation are sought. Compensation is $100,000-$250,000+ per year with an uncapped commission structure.
