Miller Home Renovation is hiring a full-time, commission-only In-Home Sales Representative to conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners across the Eugene, Oregon to Chehalis, Washington territory. The role involves presenting customized bath remodeling solutions, pricing and financing options, following up on leads, and closing sales using iPad-based tools. Compensation is 10% on closed sales with uncapped earning potential of $100,000–$150,000+ per year, plus health insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible scheduling, and professional sales training. Previous in-home sales experience is preferred, while home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication and closing skills, and territory travel are required.
