Pella Mid-Atlantic is hiring an entry-level, full-time In-Home Sales Representative (Retail Sales) in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The role conducts in-home consultations with homeowners, presents and sells replacement windows and doors, prepares quotes, closes sales, follows up with customers, generates referrals, manages customer interactions in database systems, attends company events and home shows, and maintains product and competitive-market expertise. Evening and Saturday availability is required, along with customer service, negotiation, relationship-building, problem-solving, general construction knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, smart-device use, and the ability to learn internal software.
