The In-Home Support Specialist provides in-home support to people with developmental and physical disabilities in Norwich, Connecticut. The role includes meal preparation, personal care, community outings, transportation, and support for therapeutic and behavioral plans. It requires a valid driver’s license, privately owned vehicle, evidence of insurance, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer aptitude, and English communication skills; prior experience with people with disabilities is preferred.
