The Guest Services Representative provides in-person service to guests at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa and other Orlando inhouse resorts, including Villas, Lakes, and Palace. The role requires customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, availability to work weekends and schedule changes, and the ability to work under pressure.
