Description
Interface.ai is hiring its first in-house attorney to partner with the CEO and leadership on legal strategy, commercial and employment agreements, privacy and AI compliance, corporate governance, board consents, cap tables, financings, and outside-counsel management. The role requires a JD or LL.B., an active U.S. bar, 8–15 years of law-firm and in-house experience, expertise in SaaS contracts, employment law, data privacy, and corporate governance, and experience managing outside counsel and cross-border issues.
