Apollo is hiring an In-House Broking Manager to lead its In-House Service Team and shape underwriting operations across Lloyd’s and the London Market. The role oversees transaction processing, premium settlement, financial reconciliation, market reporting, operational controls, service standards, and continuous improvement, while partnering with Underwriting, Finance, Claims, and Outwards Reinsurance teams. Candidates need significant Lloyd’s or London Market operations experience, expertise in LPAN and ECF2 processing, premium settlement and market exception management, and experience leading operational teams.
