The role coordinates hospital referrals, evaluates potential organ and tissue donors, handles authorization and disclosure, supports family care, completes medical and physical assessments, and collaborates with hospital staff and LifeLink teams. The position requires a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled hours, and the ability to travel within the assigned service area.
