Braintrust is hiring its first in-house legal hire to support enterprise sales, negotiate commercial agreements, manage data-privacy and regulatory compliance, and build a scalable legal function. The role requires a California-admitted attorney or equivalent in-house authorization, at least six years of relevant legal experience including two years in-house at a high-growth SaaS company, and extensive experience with enterprise software agreements and technology transactions.
