FLSmidth is hiring a Field Services Engineering professional to work on-site at major mining operations. The role serves as the primary customer contact, coordinates Field Services Engineering, sales, professional services, and global specialists, manages maintenance plans and spare parts, identifies equipment-replacement and consumables opportunities, supports customer retention and growth plans, and develops new site account managers and representatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least six years of mining experience, knowledge of technical and commercial proposals, supplier and customer experience, and intermediate English proficiency.
