Description
BVNK is hiring an in-house lawyer to advise global teams across product, engineering, compliance, regulatory, banking, marketing, finance, and HR on financial services, payments, outsourcing, data privacy, intellectual property, employment law, financial crime, disputes, litigation, and corporate governance. The role also involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, reviewing marketing materials, assessing legal risks, and advising on cryptocurrency and fintech frameworks. Candidates need at least seven years of experience as a qualified lawyer in an in-house legal team, top law firm, or government agency, along with familiarity with UK, EU, and/or US financial services law and extensive commercial agreement experience.
