The role involves leading IP education, identifying innovations, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, coordinating with external counsel, managing the patent portfolio, improving IP processes, and monitoring quantum technology and IP law. It is a hybrid position based in New Haven, Connecticut, with occasional travel to Boca Raton, Florida, and offers Staff or Principal Patent Specialist levels based on experience and technical impact.
