Elgin is hiring an In-House Solicitor to serve as the legal partner to its development and transactions teams on real estate, land, and development matters across the UK and Ireland. The role covers strategic legal advice, risk management, commercial negotiations, drafting and negotiating land and development agreements, project lifecycle support, due diligence, M&A and project finance transactions, external legal adviser management, legal budget oversight, and legal process improvement. Candidates should be qualified solicitors in England and Wales and/or Ireland with at least five years of post-qualification experience, significant experience in complex real estate transactions and land assembly, and strong commercial negotiation and drafting skills.
