Description

Axon is hiring an In-Market Product Manager for LATAM and Puerto Rico to represent regional customers and end users in public-safety product discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and iteration. The role focuses on Axon’s Digital Evidence Management platform and connected-device ecosystem, partners with global Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and procurement teams, and requires fluency in English and Spanish. It is remote from Puerto Rico with approximately 35% travel across LATAM, Puerto Rico and internationally.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud software, enterprise software, or technology products
Experience owning or contributing to the full end-to-end product lifecycle
Experience building, launching and scaling digital software products or features
Experience working directly with customers and end users
Experience partnering with Engineering and Product Design teams in an agile environment
Experience defining product requirements, briefs, user stories and prioritised backlogs
Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex, cross-functional and international environments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise sales, tenders, RFPs or procurement processes
Experience across software and connected hardware products
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, IoT, mobile or device-management ecosystems
