Description

Alight Behavioral Therapy is looking for a dedicated and compassionate In-Person BCBA who holds an NC LBA certification. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, providing direct behavioral therapy, maintaining medical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, training staff, collecting data, and staying updated on best practices in behavior analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
