Description
The role supervises shift operations across value streams or sub-value streams, manages and motivates shop-floor associates, coordinates production setup and SQCD targets, monitors performance KPIs, handles deviations and corrective actions, maintains safety and quality standards, supports industrial relations, and drives continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering, at least one year of experience in auto-component or auto-ancillary manufacturing, and experience managing unionized, non-unionized, or temporary workforce. The position also requires advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, quality, lean, SAP, MES, and related technical and interpersonal skills.
