Description
The role supports the design, testing, and optimization of new manufacturing processes and improvements to existing grinding processes. Responsibilities include process development and trial execution, MAE try-out and commissioning, data collection and analysis, troubleshooting, process documentation, and support for blue-collar work planning and continuous improvement. The position requires a BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics, 3–5 years of related experience, and knowledge of grinding, CNC, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, SPC, GD&T, MSA, and related programming and digital tools.
