Applied ABC is hiring a full-time In-School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The role supports students in elementary classrooms and may expand to district-level services, conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing direct ABA therapy, coaching school staff, analyzing behavioral data, supporting IEPs and manifestation determination reviews, and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. The schedule is approximately 7:40 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., about 37.5 hours per week, with a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000. Candidates need a master’s degree in ABA or a related field, BCBA certification, and at least three years of ABA or behavioral services experience.
