Girls Inc. of Memphis is hiring a full-time In-School Facilitator to prepare and implement hands-on programming for girls ages 5–18 at selected schools. The role serves 120–150 girls, facilitates 50-minute school-day sessions and 1–2.5-hour after-school sessions, maintains safety and program quality, counsels participants, coordinates with schools and staff, and supports evaluation and special events. The position pays $37,000–$42,000, requires a bachelor's degree or relevant experience, and is scheduled primarily Monday through Saturday, with fall, spring, and summer camp schedules from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
