Description
Acron is hiring an In-Service Program Manager for its Avionics Business Unit in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle performance of assigned avionics products and customer programs after Production Readiness Review, including in-service readiness, sustaining projects, customer management, quality and reliability initiatives, end-of-life management, and financial performance. The manager leads a cross-functional Integrated Product Team, serves as the primary customer escalation owner, and applies project management, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing disciplines. The position requires on-site work during the first shift.
