Flexi Microfinance Bank is hiring Sales Promoters/Agents to promote its mobile installment financing product at designated Mobile Phone Store outlets. The role involves engaging walk-in customers, explaining financing terms, assisting with onboarding and applications, tracking sales metrics, following up with pending customers, and ensuring compliance with sales and KYC requirements. Candidates need an OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification, strong communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment; prior sales, field marketing, retail banking, or telecom product sales experience is an advantage. The position offers a guaranteed monthly basic salary of N70,000, unlimited bonuses, and commission of N1,000 per phone sold.
