Description
The In Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, selects high-quality products for online grocery orders, checks quality, manages substitutions, bags items, and coordinates orders for customer pickup or delivery. The role requires customer communication, product selection, attention to detail, organization, technology use, adaptability, and the ability to move throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred, and the position requires availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
