ALO is hiring a Visual Manager to lead visual merchandising, product presentation, store visual standards, reporting, budgeting, and sales-floor execution. The role also supports business planning, represents the store in meetings, leads and develops the visual team, and manages scheduling and operational KPIs. It requires 3–5 years of retail or related leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office knowledge, and the ability to work a rotating roster across peak trading periods and weekends.
