Ford is hiring an In-Vehicle Network Analysis Engineer to develop software and analytical tools for in-vehicle network bandwidth, latency, functional coupling, simulation, KPIs, and CI/CD integration. The role partners with network architects and platform experts to validate architectural decisions, identify performance risks, and establish a center of excellence for network analysis. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least two years of software development experience, knowledge of vehicle network protocols, and experience with analytical tools, KPIs, and test-driven development. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary range of $85,400 to $192,900.
