AbCellera is hiring an *in vivo* Research Associate to support the discovery and efficacy assessment of therapeutic antibodies. The role performs *in vivo* and *ex vivo* procedures, conducts day-of-study activities, maintains study data and documentation, supports animal welfare and regulatory requirements, troubleshoots technical challenges, and prepares laboratory resources. Candidates need extensive *in vivo* research experience, including at least 6 years in an *in vivo* research environment and 3 years in an industry setting, along with expertise in animal handling, dosing, blood collection, anesthesia, and the 3Rs.
