Navan is hiring a Business Development Representative to qualify inbound marketing leads, collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, develop prospect and account strategies, use sales and marketing tools, create and test content, and meet weekly and monthly goals. The role requires at least one year of overall work experience, six months of market development or business development experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Compensation is listed at $32–$43 USD, including base salary and target incentive compensation.
