Description
The Inbound Manager oversees second-shift distribution-center operations from 3:30 p.m. to midnight on Sundays through Thursdays, coordinating customer-order fulfillment across all Cole Haan channels. The role evaluates staffing and workload, plans inbound receipts, monitors warehouse capacity, prepares reports and metrics, supports warehouse operations, and coordinates with Customer Service and Distribution management. The position pays $21.00 per hour plus a $1.00 second-shift differential and a semi-annual team bonus.
