Description
Rohlik is hiring an Inbound Operations Manager to lead the inbound shift at a new, highly automated fulfillment center from launch. The role manages a team of Area Managers and oversees receiving, put-away, stock availability, safety, quality, labor management, KPIs, root-cause analysis, process implementation, and continuous improvement. The manager will collaborate with Automation, OpEx, HR, IT, and Transport teams and support operations during peak periods, weekends, and holidays. The position requires at least three years of inbound, warehousing, or logistics experience, team-management experience with 50+ people, strong analytical and leadership skills, English proficiency, and conversational Czech; a related degree, Lean or Six Sigma experience, and WMS experience are preferred.
