Description
The Inbound/Outbound Supervisor leads warehouse and distribution operations by supervising inbound receipt and outbound dispatch, supporting a team of operatives, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining food safety, quality, health and safety, and audit standards. The role requires previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, knowledge of distribution and quality control, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to develop a high-performing team culture.
