Signature Medicare Solutions is hiring an Inbound Sales Agent – Medicare to handle warm inbound calls from Medicare-eligible clients, explain plan options, build rapport, and enroll clients. The role offers an $18/hour W2 base plus uncapped commission, with a typical first-year earnings range of $75,000–$120,000. It is an in-person position in the downtown Sarasota office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with health insurance and paid time off after 90 days and eligibility for hybrid remote work based on performance and tenure. An active Florida 2-15 insurance license is required before hire, and applicants must pass a background check.
