Pavago is hiring a full-time, fully remote Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls for U.S.-based home-service customers. The role converts inquiries into booked service appointments and membership enrollments, recommends appropriate services, handles objections, maintains CRM records, and coordinates with dispatch and operations. Candidates need 1–2+ years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, call center operations, appointment setting, or customer support with sales targets, along with strong communication, objection-handling, CRM, and organizational skills.
