Description
AppFolio is hiring an onsite Concierge - LiveEasy, an inbound sales representative, to serve as the primary contact for homeowners during their moving journey. The role provides personalized service, coordinates vendors and utilities, manages client requests and CRM records, resolves issues, identifies upsell opportunities, and conducts post-move follow-ups. It requires a 10am–7pm Eastern schedule, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of customer service or concierge experience. The position is paid hourly and eligible for tier-based commission, with an expected on-target earnings range of $50,000 to $80,000.
