The role manages low-cost remote customer service and scheduling representatives who handle inbound homeowner inquiries, estimate requests, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, service questions, and project follow-up. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, process creation, performance monitoring, coaching, appointment-rate maintenance, motivation, and reporting. The position pays $1,800 USD per month with possible performance bonuses and requires experience building and managing remote customer service or appointment-setting teams, home-services experience, strong English communication, availability during U.S. business hours, and reliability.
