Description
Imperial is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the night shift in its Stocking, Receiving, Bulk, and Inbound Support department. The role supervises 20–30 employees and oversees daily operations for a shift of 30–40 employees, including scheduling, training, hiring, performance management, safety and quality standards, productivity improvement, reporting, and warehouse maintenance. The position requires recent distribution or warehouse supervisory experience, Voice to Pick System experience, inbound receiving or bulk experience, WMS and reporting knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills. It offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in four installments, a four-day, 10-hour third-shift schedule, and health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits.
