Description
Grafana Labs is hiring an Incentive Compensation Systems Manager as a high-impact individual contributor responsible for systemizing, automating, and continuously improving commission operations. The role owns Xactly ICM configuration, incentive compensation workflows, systems integrations, data reconciliation, AI-enabled automation, documentation, governance, and cross-functional enablement across Incentive Compensation, Finance & Strategy, People Operations, Revenue Operations, and IT/Data. It is fully remote and requires 5+ years of relevant experience, SQL and data fluency, automation/tooling experience, familiarity with CRM, HRIS, data warehouse, and compensation management systems, and knowledge of incentive compensation mechanics.
