TTEC is hiring a remote Incident Response Manager in the United States to lead incident response and security analyst efforts within its Information Security team. The role focuses on managing incident lifecycle activities, improving incident response plans and playbooks, leading tabletop exercises, communicating incident details to stakeholders, conducting post-incident reviews, and supporting security/compliance documentation and awareness training. The position requires 5+ years in cybersecurity, 3+ years of leadership experience, familiarity with EDR/SIEM and MITRE ATT&CK, and experience with PHI, PII, and PCI DSS assessments; it offers a 100% work-from-home arrangement and a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000.
