Description
TTEC is hiring an Incident Response Manager to lead the detection, containment, eradication, and recovery of cybersecurity threats. The role manages and mentors an Incident Response and Security Analyst team, develops incident response plans and playbooks, conducts tabletop and simulation exercises, communicates technical findings to stakeholders, leads post-incident reviews, maintains security documentation, advises on remediation, and delivers security and privacy awareness training. The position is fully remote in the United States and requires five years of cybersecurity experience, including EDR and SIEM, plus three years of leadership experience.
