Description
Radware is hiring a Network Expert to serve as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and the onboarding team on technical network issues. The role supports incident response, network events and attacks, infrastructure improvements, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues. It requires five years of hands-on TCP/IP implementation and troubleshooting experience, strong routing and switching knowledge, Cisco or Juniper routing and switching experience, BGP expertise, customer communication skills, and on-call duties.
