Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring an Incineration Lead in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, to oversee daily incineration operations in the Thermal Destruction Department. The onsite, first-shift role operates and troubleshoots incinerator equipment, supports operators, monitors production and environmental systems, maintains accurate operational records, and coordinates workflow. A high school diploma or GED is required, while industrial leadership, incinerator or boiler operation, organizational, mathematical, communication, and safety skills are preferred or required.
