Description
The Incirlik Site Manager will serve as the senior on-site representative and primary government-contractor interface for the contingent Turkey Base Operations Support contract at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye. The role leads daily contract operations, multifunctional personnel, resources, performance compliance, workforce planning, emergency and contingency responses, inspections, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement across installation support functions including civil engineering, operations and maintenance, fire and emergency services, logistics, and related services. It requires an active U.S. Secret clearance, a related bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressively responsible management experience, at least 5 years leading multifunctional organizations or contracts, and substantial Department of Defense or military base operations experience.
