Description
The Karren organization is hiring inclusion assistants for schools and daycares in Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district, starting 01.09.2026. The role supports children and young people with everyday school or daycare routines, social interaction, activities, meals, and toilet visits, and may also provide leisure-time support. Working hours are individually arranged, with 15–32 hours per week for school and daycare support and 5–10 hours for leisure-time support. Applicants need an educational degree or training in the educational field, independent and empathetic working style, teamwork, willingness to undergo further training, PC access, good German, and willingness to perform care-related tasks; experience with people with disabilities is preferred.
