King County Housing Authority is hiring a Program Manager for Inclusive Outcomes to lead equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the organization. The role develops and evaluates programs, policies, training, communications, events, and data-informed metrics; coordinates with internal and external stakeholders; and supports workforce and resident outcomes. It requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and considerable experience developing, implementing, and evaluating equity and organizational effectiveness programs, with Washington residency and occasional off-site travel. The position offers a salary of $98,853 to $138,394.48 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
