The Lead Worker will support the Income Maintenance Supervisor II in the Family and Children’s Medicaid Income Maintenance Program, serving as a lead for IMC II casework, monitoring applications and recertifications, conducting second-party reviews, covering vacant caseloads, training staff, preparing eligibility and hearing documents, and maintaining Medicaid and FRR/BEER reports. The role requires knowledge of Family and Children’s Medicaid and NC FAST, eligibility determination, client assessment, communication, and two years of experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker or equivalent training and experience.
