Description
The Income COE Officer will support Client Operations and shared-service Center of Excellence teams by processing custody, accounting, middle-office, and claims events for funds. The role also leads and develops operations staff, manages resources, monitors performance, controls quality, mitigates operational risk, and improves processes through automation and efficiency initiatives. It requires strong knowledge of income cycles, fund accounting, amortization, bonds, dividends, entitlement calculations, market and loan claims, and relevant regulations, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10–16 years of experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related careers.
