Description
The Income Team Leader will lead the team responsible for implementing the Participation Act, from intake and assessment of social and special assistance applications through ongoing resident support. The role manages quality, legality, processing times, workload, and a people-centered service approach, while coaching employees and coordinating with Financial Affairs and Activation teams. It requires more than three years of management experience, Social Domain experience, HBO/wo-level working and thinking skills, and experience with change management; the position offers 32–36 hours per week, a gross monthly salary of up to €6,422, a one-year contract with an intention of permanent employment, and flexibility to work where needed and where desired.
